As all pieces are made by hand, I aim to make and dispatch orders within 7 working days. Please note however if your order is placed during busy periods, it may possibly exceed the 7 working days and you will be notified of this.

Any bespoke items may result in a slightly longer lead time, but again I will contact you regarding this.

If an order is required for a specific date or occasion then please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Tracked Royal Mail.

UK – 2-3 business days

Europe – 3-5 business days

Rest of the world – 6-7 business days

Please note orders outside of the UK may incur additional import duties and customs charges. These charges are out of my control and will be your responsibility to pay.

Returns

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns due to all pieces being made especially for you. However, please do contact me if there is an issue with your order within 7 days of receiving it and I will work with you to see how I can help.
